Ventilation, organization, transportation, and durability are the name of the game with The Legend hockey bag. It's feature-loaded, from the super-tough exterior with two huge vent panels, through to the high-viz reflective interior that will keep you organized for your daily rink trips, in any weather condition. Like it's name reads, The Legend symbolizes one of the best bags we've ever created.

Lets face it, most hockey bags are just not well built and are only designed to be a big dark hole to throw all your nasty stuff together to hopefully find at some later time. They're usually too small, tear easily, zippers blow out, and they suck up water, forcing you to replace them way too often.
This season, there's no better hockey bag to have over your shoulder on the way to the rink than The Legend.
Legend Large Player Bag
This bag is huge! Easily fits all my gear with plenty of room to spare. I even have my Breg knee brace in there and I could probably still fit another pair of pants in there! Lots of room, and the silver interior makes it easy to find any of my gear. Only thing (more my preference) is maybe some dividers on the inside for organization. Other than that, this bag is awesome!
Great bag with plenty of room
Ordered this bag and it exceeds all expectations. Being light colored on the interior should be the biggest seller for anyone in need.
Great bag, but...
I bought the bag in part because of Twig's claim to huge, awesome , heavy duty zippers. To be honest, they're not quite as heavy as I expected and I hope that they last. If not, I'll be very, very angry. They seem to skip or tug slightly in certain areas if you're not pulling the tab perfectly straight... And come on-- who pulls a zipper of a stuffed hockey bag planted 4 feet away from your seated bench perfectly straight? It COULD just be a temporary tug in the areas where the zipper had been folded for transit and then it'll take some time to work out, but the zippers are a question and there's a little more play in the mechanism than I expected. The pockets are good. I wish the skate pockets were mounted diagonally for balance but I'll figure something out there. Maybe I will use them for other stuff. The bag certainly has potential... But I'm 50, I had my last bag for over 15 years , and I want this to be my LAST BAG not something I will need to replace in 5 or even 10 years. It didn't feel perfect out of the gate. A little disappointed but we'll see. If the company has any advice on a light and easy lubricant that won't get all over my stuff (graphite? White lightning spray?) then I'd be happy to take the suggestion.
Good Quality Bag. Could Use A Few Changes.
Overall this is a really good bag. The pros are the fact it is huge! There is more than enough room for all your gear. I love the bright silver liner that is throughout the entire bag. This makes it easy to see into. It has nice big external side pockets and dual entry top pocket. I also like the mesh vents on either side. I think there could be room for one divider or an extra mesh pocket on the inside, maybe get ride of the detachable dirty clothes bag that I don’t see many using, and replace it with a fixed mesh pocket. What I do think could be better is the shoulder strap. It’s two piece with a Velcro closure. While the shoulder strap padding is nice it is kind of thick and cumbersome. I can also see the Velcro wearing out. I also feel that the external material is kind of dated. For this price point I think it should have a Tarpaulin shell or a similar waterproof shell. Overall it’s a very good bag. I don’t think anyone will be disappointed with it. A few changes could probably make this bag the top on the market for quality and features.
great so far, but maybe over-engineered?
The bag is great. The materials and construction feel solid. Looks good. Love the size- a Medium is perfect for me as a Senior player with adult equipment. My only real complaint is that it may be a little too complicated. There are A LOT of pockets. Skate compartments - great! Accessory pocket- cool! Ventilation- great. But it feels like maybe twice as many pockets as are necessary and every added feature is another thing that can rip or break. High class problems for sure, but it seems like Twig pays attention to detail, so perhaps this feedback helps.
