We keep it simple: fast shipping, clear expectations, and no surprises. Orders placed Monday–Friday usually leave our warehouse the next business day. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

  • Flat-rate ground shipping via USPS on most orders.
  • Free ground shipping when your order reaches our sitewide threshold (shown at checkout).
  • Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Canada Shipping

  • Free ground shipping to Canada via GlobalPost with final-mile delivery by Canada Post.
  • Duties and import fees are included (Delivered Duty Paid) — no surprises at the door.
  • Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

International (Outside U.S. & Canada)

  • We ship to select countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us for a quote.
  • Import duties, taxes, and carrier fees may be due on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages due to size/weight limits.

Returns


30-Day Window: You may return items purchased directly from twighockeycompany.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in the original, undamaged packaging, and include all parts. Gear that’s taped, cut, marked, washed, or used on the ice can’t be accepted.

Shipping fees you paid on your original order are not refundable (including flat-rate or expedited options). Refunds apply to the product price only.

If you purchased a Twig Hockey Company product through a local retailer, this policy does not apply. Purchases made at local retailers must be handled directly with that retailer.

Return Shipping

  • United States: All U.S. orders — including Alaska & Hawaii — qualify for free return shipping on eligible items. Once your RMA is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label by email. Simple as that.
  • U.S. territories & Military addresses: Returns accepted; customer covers return postage.
  • Canada & International: Returns accepted; customer covers return postage. (Any duties/taxes paid aren’t refundable by Twig.)

Refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds cover product cost only, not what you paid to ship it out.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 10–14 business days to post the credit.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.

Exchanges

To get the right gear faster, we don’t do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order anytime.


How to Start a Return

To return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select the previous order with your merchandise on it
  3. Check the box next to the product you're returning and add an explanation of why you're returning it
  4. Click "Make an RMA slip"
  5. After you get your RMA number you’ll receive two emails: one with your RMA number and instructions, and a second with your return slip or label (if eligible).

Packing tip: Ship it like you’d tape a stick — secure and tight. Place the product back inside it's original packaging and don’t attach a label directly to the product packaging itself.

Returning a Gift?

We’ve got you. Contact us with the gift giver’s email address, first and last name, or last name and zip code and we’ll help locate the order and start the return.


Local Returns

We’re not set up for in-person drop-offs at our Michigan HQ. As much as we’d love to talk gear all day, keeping shipments moving helps everyone get on the ice faster. Please use the return process above and we’ll make it painless.
