One of our missions is to be able to keep people playing the game we love as long as possible. For that reason, our pricing intentionally takes out all that marketing fluff mark-up and is the why we do not give additional discounts for orders below 12 sticks.
Orders of 12 or more qualify for team pricing. Be sure to inquire via our Contact page with your team info and what you're looking to get and we'll help you promptly.
Ambassadors, Reps, & Everyone Else Asking for Free Sticks
You wouldn't believe how many requests for this we get daily. It's a little insane. We like hearing from you, but in general please don't expect a response back for this kind of request. We don't have the manpower to take the time to respond to all of these.
We are evaluating an ambassador program currently, but no decision has been made on that. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list at the bottom this page to be in the loop for that announcement, should it happen.
We'll send you an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed. When your order is picked up by our courier, we'll let you know with a second email at the end of the day. This email will have your tracking details, so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.
Pre-Order
The estimated shipping date for pre-order products is an estimate of when your order will be in stock and shipped to you. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, our team will work to dispatch it as soon as possible. You'll then receive a shipping email with tracking details.
Final shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer multiple delivery services for you to select from at checkout. Each has it's own speed and cost.
Free Shipping
U.S. customers get free shipping on orders over USD $220 every day. Canadian customers get the same at CAD $320.
We deliver your order straight to your address via USPS, UPS, and GlobalPost. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships so you can easily track your order. Please ensure that you're home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
Our warehouse is in Michigan. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, your order will be processed on the next working day and delivered according to the timeline of the shipping service you select at checkout.
* We don't determine the route of delivery to your final address, the courier does. Even if the tracking pattern seems strange, as long as it's within the service timeline you have nothing to worry about.
** Twig Hockey Company will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, as well as unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
To make a return, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used, taped, cut, or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts.
You also must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please review our return directions to get one and get your return moving quickly.
