  • Are your sticks any good?
    We wouldn’t have lasted over ten years now if they weren’t. Players throughout every U.S. state and Canadian province, as well as a bunch of other locations around the globe, trust our sticks daily.
  • Are your sticks durable?
    Our sticks are as durable, if not more durable, than any comparable product on the market. Elite and performance level sticks across all brands on the the market are built to provide the most performance available with a reasonable rate of durability. If durability is your primary concern, it’s probably better to go buy a recreation level stick from your local multi-line sports retailer. They’ll last you a lot longer, but will perform at a very low level relative to better grade sticks.
  • What curve should I choose?
    There is no right answer to this. Every player has different preferences. Take a look at our available curves to help you along on our blade pattern page.
  • Can I get a different lie?
    Lie is part of the specific curve's characteristics and is a fixed part of the stick's production mold. So, no, it cannot be changed.
  • What size stick should I get my kid?

    Every one of our stick web pages has a fit guide on it, just scroll down a bit. Also, each is listed below.

  • Where can I get my hands on a stick to feel?

    We have a super friendly return policy for this reason. It allows you to put your hands on it make a decision.

    Also, be sure to check out our pro shop locator to see if there's a shop near you. 

  • Can I do a custom order?
    If you're needing a different flex, curve, or length of one of our sticks, we can definitely do a custom order. The minimum order quantity of each stick is two and the production time is typically 10-12 weeks. Please shoot us a note with what you're looking for and we'll help get your order going.
  • How much do your sticks weigh?
    Every stick is different. Typically, you can just scroll down to the specs on each stick's web page and you'll find the weight.
  • Can I make a custom curve?
    Sure, but it's wicked expensive. Just being honest with you. If you need a whole team's worth of sticks in that curve then it might be worth it to you. In that case, hit us up on our Contact page.
  • Can I get a discount/free stick?

    One of our missions is to be able to keep people playing the game we love as long as possible. For that reason, our pricing intentionally takes out all that marketing fluff mark-up and is the why we do not give additional discounts for orders below 12 sticks.

    Orders of 12 or more qualify for team pricing. Be sure to inquire via our Contact page with your team info and what you're looking to get and we'll help you promptly.

    Ambassadors, Reps, & Everyone Else Asking for Free Sticks

    You wouldn't believe how many requests for this we get daily. It's a little insane. We like hearing from you, but in general please don't expect a response back for this kind of request. We don't have the manpower to take the time to respond to all of these.

    We are evaluating an ambassador program currently, but no decision has been made on that. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list at the bottom this page to be in the loop for that announcement, should it happen.

  • How do I get your products in my pro shop?
    It's easy! Just shoot us a note on our Contact page with your name, your company name and location, along with the best way to reach you, and we'll get you connected to a pro shop rep.
  • What are my payment options?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Alternatively, you can opt for quick checkout via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Cash App. We also offer flexible financing options with Afterpay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
  • Can I make a change to my order?
    We aim to have your product shipped out as quickly as possible. You can reach out to our support team via our Contact page for them to help you see if it's possible to still change it. If already shipped, once it's delivered you are welcome to return in by following the directions on our Returns page.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Due to the relatively short turnaround time between processing and courier pick-up, your order may already be on its way to you. We will try our best to cancel your order but in the event we are unable to cancel it in time and after your order gets delivered, reach out to our service team via our Contact page to initiate a return. For a smooth return process, do not open the packaging.
  • What is the status of my order?

    We'll send you an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed. When your order is picked up by our courier, we'll let you know with a second email at the end of the day. This email will have your tracking details, so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.

    Pre-Order

    The estimated shipping date for pre-order products is an estimate of when your order will be in stock and shipped to you. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, our team will work to dispatch it as soon as possible. You'll then receive a shipping email with tracking details.

  • Where does Twig Hockey Company ship to?
    We ship to residential and commercial addresses globally as well as PO boxes and Military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations. If you are in the United States or Canada, your shipping options will display at checkout. If you are in any other country, please reach out via our Contact page with the items you want to order and your address and we'll connect with you to get you a shipping price and get your order set up.
  • Do you ship to PO boxes or pick-up shops?
    Absolutely. USPS and GlobalPost will allow delivery to these addresses. Please select the appropriate service at checkout.
  • How much does shipping cost?

    Final shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer multiple delivery services for you to select from at checkout. Each has it's own speed and cost.

    Free Shipping

    U.S. customers get free shipping on orders over USD $220 every day. Canadian customers get the same at CAD $320.

  • Can I pick up my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer a customer-friendly warehouse to allow for pick-up. If you happen to know a staff member here, there is an option at checkout designating that you'll work with that person to arrange delivery of your order via them.
  • How long does shipping take?

    We deliver your order straight to your address via USPS, UPS, and GlobalPost. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships so you can easily track your order. Please ensure that you're home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

    Our warehouse is in Michigan. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, your order will be processed on the next working day and delivered according to the timeline of the shipping service you select at checkout.

    * We don't determine the route of delivery to your final address, the courier does. Even if the tracking pattern seems strange, as long as it's within the service timeline you have nothing to worry about.

    ** Twig Hockey Company will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, as well as unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update on the courier's website, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    We're happy to change the shipping address once an order has been placed and as long as it has not yet shipped. This includes updates, corrections, or rerouting requests. To ensure a successful delivery, please double-check and confirm your shipping details before completing your purchase. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us — we'll do our best to help.
  • Will I need to pay duty and taxes on delivery if I'm not in the USA?
    If you are in Canada, we cover that for you so that you have nothing due on delivery. Due to the ongoing tariff changes around the globe, if you are in any other country outside of the U.S. or Canada, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not have duty or taxes assessed on your order.
  • I just received my order. Can I exchange it for a different one?
    To avoid issues with out-of-stock inventory and to speed up getting the right product in your hands, direct exchanges are not available. Simply follow the return directions to return the one you don't need and you're free to order the one you do need right away.
  • How do I make a return?

    To make a return, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used, taped, cut, or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts.

    You also must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please review our return directions to get one and get your return moving quickly.

  • What does your warranty cover?

    We build our sticks and bags to perform at the highest level, and we stand behind that promise. While hockey is a tough game, if your gear fails because of a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right — no surprises, no runaround.

    Stick Warranty

    Unlike big-brand retail models, Twig gives players a 30-day warranty with extended coverage options that go beyond the industry standard.

    Coverage:

    • Within 30 days of delivery: One-time replacement at no charge on eligible stick
    • Day 31–60: 25% off a replacement
    • Day 61–90: 10% off a replacement
