Orders placed before 10 AM EST typically ship the same day. All others ship on the next business day. These dates are not guaranteed delivery commitments. They are estimates based on standard delivery timelines this time of year. Unforeseen delays due to customs, weather, and labor shortages can still be encountered. Holiday Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Twig Hockey Company products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 60 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Ins and Outs of the Twig Hockey Company Return Policy

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.

You may exchange a Twig Hockey Co. purchase for another item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase. Exchanges for items purchased outside of will not be accepted.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.

For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please complete the return form to approve your return request. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website.

Will my order be disguised since it's a gift?

Stick orders ship in a black poly tubing bag (They'll be able to tell it's a hockey stick by the shape, but not see inside.) Smaller items will also be in unmarked boxes or bags. The only markings from us will be on the shipping label.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We are most likely unable to cancel or edit you order after it is placed as we are working to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

We do not offer the option to add a gift message when you checkout.

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

At this time, we are unable to offer backorders or pre-orders for items that are out of stock. Sign up for in-stock alerts to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.
