Canada Post

Important information regarding Canada Post

During the Canada Post labor disruption, shipping options have changed to get orders to you in Canada from our location in Michigan, US. We have enabled UPS as a carrier to handle deliveries during this period. You will see the option available at checkout.

P.O. boxes are generally not deliverable with UPS and a small portion of orders destined for very remote areas may not be deliverable at all.

For the best delivery experience during the Canada Post labor disruption, we recommend that you avoid using remote addresses if possible.

For orders that were shipped shortly before or during time of the strike beginning with GlobalPost/Canada Post, your order will likely be held up in customs until Canada Post resumes operation. There is nothing we can do to reroute these existing orders. We apologize for the inconvenience of the situation.

---- Update 12/16/2024 -----------

Canada Post is returning to the office and will begin delivering on Tuesday 12/17/2024. They are not immediately accepting new mail in order to catch up on their backlog. Expect delays from their standard delivery timeline.
